Change of Mind or Personal Circumstances: Due to the nature of furniture and appliance sales, all returns are subject to management approval and a 20% restocking fee.
- Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
- Used, installed, or damaged items cannot be returned.
- Special orders and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return.
Please note: shipping, handling, and delivery charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping if applicable.
Damaged or Defective Products:
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- For defective items discovered after 48 hours, please contact the product manufacturer directly for warranty service.
All shipments are insured. If your order arrives visibly damaged, refuse the delivery and we will reschedule at no cost to you.
